Christmas with Oma and Papa Fred!

We got a nice suprise from Oma and Papa Fred the other day.  It was a nice relaxing day.  We ate, watched some TV (the Grinch) and snuggled with the dog! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.  It's finally snowing here.  It seems so delayed this year.

Family Photos: Attempt #1

We attempted to take family photos today... Its kinda hard to find a day when we are all together during the daylight.  We were a little late getting it done this year but oh well.  Right after I got the girls dressed and we were all ready to go find a fun spot, it started snowing really hard outside! Of course.  Then we find this neat place outside of town by the railroad tracks and start our family photo shoot. Tripod all set up, dog wild, kids freezing and snowing really hard we did our best.  One of my favorite photos Kurt's head was cut off :( I think we needed a longer timer setting.  This is round one and we will try again soon.   If the girls weren't so cold the rail road tracks would have made really cool pictures too.  Kiersten ended the photo shoot with taking a picture of Kurt and I.  For our first attempt this wasn't too bad. :)

Sommer Counting to Ten...

Watch Sommer try to count to ten.  She is so funny!  She is learning quickly.  She had me and Kiersten cracking up!  Kiersten recorded us and I will have to say I think Kiersten is a natural when it comes to the camera.  She always wants me to record her being a "news recorder girl" love it! These girls keep me laughing.  :)

Thanksgiving!

This is my Mother with Nevaeh ( my niece) Kiersten and Sommer. We met up at my brothers house and then went to his mother and father in laws house for a Thanksgiving brunch! It was wonderful!

Kiersten is looking so grown up! She is pushing baby Carter in the old fashion stroller with Nevaeh's help.

Kiersten and Sommer crammed an entire can of olives in their mouths! The can was gone in seconds!
