Kneading a yummy weekend

We made home made pizzas! Look at Kiersten's kitty face on her pizza. It was pretty fun!

This was my first time making cinnamon rolls and I think I ate the entire pan!!!! They turned out awesome! I will have to see if I can do this again... I seem to have beginners luck.

Fun Birthday Weekend

We had a fun weekend at Triple Play in Hayden Idaho. We met up with Kurt's brother and his family. Kiersten and Sommer were so surprised. We started off swimming and going down the big slides. They have a wave pool and Sommer is now old enough to go in. :) the indoor water park had one of those big buckets that fills up with water and then dumps on you when it gets full. This was so funny to watch. After we all swam for a while we took a break and ate pizza and had cupcakes for Sommer's birthday. Then it was off to the arcade which I think Kurt enjoyed the most. We spent some time in the arcade and then the kids wanted to finish off the night with one final swim. They swam until closing time which was 10pm. They were troopers!!!! The next morning we all went bowling and I bowled my highest score ever! 116!!!!! I was so excited I took a picture of the score board. :) very fun weekend to just get away and spend time with the family.

Ice Skating!

What a fun day! We went ice skating in Moses Lake with our good friends Greg and Kate. I was so surprised how cheap it was. They even had skates in Sommers size! It took Kiersten a few times around but she got the hang of it. I was very surprised at how fast she picked it up. We hung on to Sommer while skating and she did just fine. She kept saying "I love skating mommy!" Pretty cute to listen to. What an awesome day!
