First day of second grade!

Pierced Ears for Kiersten

A trip to the mall for school clothes and Clair's for first ear piercing. She had a smile on her face the rest of the day. Kiersten never complained about her ears. She said it didn't even hurt. She did great!!! 

Camping at Elk River

We had a great time camping up at Elk River. So beautiful!  The girls got to four wheel and have fun. I have decided that we can live without technology! LOL! No service up there the whole time. It was really nice actually to just be free. 😃 

We took a drive through the mountains and found a creek that Kiersten and Sommer tried fishing at. Then Kurt lead us on a four wheel trip up to the watch tower. It was so beautiful up there. So peaceful!  Kurt made a wonderful fire pit and Sommer was daddy's little helper. The girls even got to target shoot the BB gun. Super fun little adventure. 

Clouds

Earlier this morning we had some pretty cool looking clouds!  A few years ago Kiersten used to tell me that everytime the sun shines through the clouds like this that means people are going to heaven. 😊  So now everytime it shines like this that's all I can think about.
